The Sustainable Business & Leadership Program is a dynamic, scenario-driven workshop for adults and teens. Participants engage with real business challenges rooted in sustainability — the kind of problems companies actually face — and work in teams to research, debate, and pitch innovative solutions.
Sessions are active and high-energy. Participants move between research sprints, structured debate, team strategy, and live pitching in front of the room. Feedback is immediate and specific, so every round is measurably stronger than the last.

Young Global Leaders
Introducing children to the basics of business and the global issues that businesses can help solve — at paces and in lesson structures suited to their ages and capabilities.
Young Global Leaders is built for children in two age groups — 6–8 and 9–12 — and comprises four workshop tracks: debate, business planning, product development, and public speaking.
Each track is paced and structured for the age group it serves, giving young learners an early foundation in how business works and how it can be a force for solving global problems.

Confident Conversations
Building fluent, natural English-speaking confidence in the social and professional settings that matter.
Confident Conversations is an intimate, scenario-based workshop for adults who want to strengthen their English-speaking and conversational skills in real social environments — from professional networking to casual settings with friends and colleagues.
Rather than drilling grammar, participants practise authentic, coached scenarios: introductions, small talk, disagreeing politely, telling a story, holding a room. Groups stay small so everyone speaks often and receives personalised feedback on language, tone, and delivery.

Private One-on-One Sessions
A focused, fully tailored track shaped entirely around your goals, pace, and priorities.

Sessions commonly cover high-stakes presentation preparation, foundational English confidence, and leadership or pitch refinement — and can be delivered in Shanghai or online.
